NABCO needs electricians who can service commercial, institutional, industrial, transportation and power generation accounts. Projects range from design/build to maintenance and repairs. NABCO also needs qualified men and women who can performs system integration and custom electrical solutions for special projects.


NABCO Electric’s professional workforce consists of certified electricians and apprentices who are enrolled in the Joint Apprentice Training in Chattanooga (JATC) Program. Our people are knowledgeable in the most current code requirements and skilled in the newest industry advancements. NABCO’s project managers and in-house engineers work closely with clients on an individual project basis. Our office and support staff work closely with management, field personnel, and each other to maintain NABCO's reputation as a family of professionals.

Typical hiring process: 


  • Phone interviewing and/or personal, face-to-face interviewing 
  • Background and reference checks
  • Verification of work status, experience and education
  • Pre-employment drug screening and physical exam
